You can cancel this Vacay and get a Full refund up to 14 days prior to arrival

Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • The main level is entered with just two steps.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking to be left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pets are welcome for $25/night per pet plus tax. A maximum of 2 mature, well-trained dogs under 20lb only.
  • Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.

Parking and Vehicle Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter - it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
  • Free parking is available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Please note that the lower level does not have air conditioning.
  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
  • There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens will be provided.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, washing machine, clothes dryer, and pool table are provided.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are installed.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
